Karaavali Veg Non-Veg Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This restaurant has three dine-in sections. One is outdoor, and two are indoors. The outdoor section is also covered and is bigger than the other two. We observed that all types of customers such as family, college groups, and travelers, flock here.

We went there for dinner at around 8:30 pm. The restaurant was not crowded then. But it took almost 25min to get our first food order on our table. Later on, the subsequent orders were quick.

We went there to fulfill our intense cravings for the fish. So, we ordered fish and also chicken as a side dish. The fish was not that good, but the chicken was tasty enough to calm our cravings.

Service was good, and the staffers were polite. This restaurant is located just next to the service road. So, the customers always park their vehicles on the service road (which is allowed in India). But we didn't see any dedicated restaurant parking area. Also, the food rates were pricey when compared to the overall ambiance, food quality, and taste.

It was a good experience. Staff is good and caring. It was my father's birthday celebration day. We had good time cutting cake here. They provided a cake stand. Ambience is really nice and cosy. Great for family outings. Seats are comfortable. Food was also good. We ordered a full chicken Maratha. It was delicious. Thick gravy and many chicken pieces. Loved it. Service was prompt and fast. I think the crowd was lesser that day, that's why service was fast.. usually service here is little bit slow. Waiters are friendly. Butter naan was good. Tandoor roti was little bit extra fried. Otherwise overall food was delicious 😋 They have a twin restaurant just beside this named Navmi. It is good for vegetarians. I think both the restaurants are same they just have made a separate arrangements for veg and non veg. To reach here, first reach thermax chauk. It is famous location. I went with a family and from the beginning itself the experience wasn't that good. One of the captains who attended us in the AC seating area looked absolutely irritated and disinterested, but luckily the rest of the service staff was polite and friendly. The ambience was good though especially the wooden truss sloping roof hall. About the food, we ordered masala papad, french fries, chicken pahadi kabab, bhatti ke murg and chicken tripple Schezwan (Sichuan) rice. Chicken Pahadi Kabab was very good, except that & masala papad rest everything was below average. The Gravy with chicken triple Schezwan rice was expected to be spicy but was loaded with sweet tomato sauce instead and the chicken in the rice also wasn't fresh, in fact it felt like frozen chicken was used.
