Read moreTerrible experience the very first time we went there. This has become very frequent that whenever I go to try out a place that is spoken grand of, by people I know and even on the internet, I am underwhelmed by it.
In their defence I should mention that I went there on a public holiday and the place was full, infact diners were waiting too.
The cleanliness was pathetic. Tables were not being cleaned by the staff unless informed. Dishes, cutlery, etc. everything was unclean.
Every request to the staff, may it be of bringing water, etc. for the table or cleaning or an order of sides, everything was straight away ignored because it was too busy that day.
It was almost like the staff was ordered to only complete the orders of the seniors and only certain tasks were on priority that specific day.
I think the staff is always ill-treated, underpaid and overworked at this hotel. This causes frequent change of staff and affects quality of service too. A very common thing with such businesses. I can't call this place a hotel or a restaurant. It's purely a business for profits at any cost and harm to...
Read moreVisited Bird Valley with two friends around 10 PM, and despite the lack of rush, we were told to change seats twice.
Starters: Masala Papad - Crispy and tasty. A highlight of the meal. Paneer Rolls - A bit too oily for my liking.
Main Course: Paneer Tikka Sizzler (with cheese sauce) - Bland flavor and poor presentation. Only the fries were decent.
Drinks: Mango Punch - Refreshing but overly thick. Rose Mary - Much better than the Mango Punch, a genuinely refreshing choice.
Service: The service was disappointing. Our waiter seemed more focused on scolding his coworkers than taking our order, and we had to ask multiple times for wet wipes after the bill.
Atmosphere: The ambiance was dull, with dusty potted plants, a lot of noise and a few insects flying around. While some might enjoy the chirping of caged birds, it wasn’t exactly a pleasant sight.
Overall, Bird Valley has potential but needs improvements in service and presentation to match its offerings...
