Bird Valley Lakeview — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Atmosphere is good with a Lake side view. But, Manager is very reluctant to allot Lake side Tables for us. We (4 males) went for Lunch on 20th Aug. We directly sat on the lake side table. Manager asked us if we want to change the Table, but we said we are Ok with this Table. Later, after having food, we asked for the bill but surprisingly the bill is already kept at our table without we asking it. Paid the bill and continued chatting at the table. Manager came again to us and started adjusting the empty chairs and removed the helmet that was kept on it, as if indicating that we have to leave. I have visited this restaurant for dinner last night food was average no special taste ...after dinner I had paid through Zomato since booked through app but manager told they dont have time up with Zomato one more branch are there nearby ...I told them no issue talk to they and settle but they refused to do the same and told you go there and take refund so that I had to pay again these people are non co operative and making fool to run the two different party restaurant with same name and never told the customer about and cheat.....i had very bad experience and first also .very poor management .. cheating customer by running same name restaurant very nearby and non co operative.dont visit this restaurant I...

I was here for a birthday party, approx. 120 people were invited. The party was arranged downstairs in a AC hall, which did not provide sufficient cooling. Only one water dispenser was arranged and when I requested them to arrange another, the answer was it's sufficient. No accepted. Welcome drink and starters were supposed to be served but I hardly found any one serving them.

Food was average, nothing great. Overall I felt it was overpriced and over hyped. I may have to think if I have to refer it to my friends or family.

People arriving at the venue had to approach the reception, wherein they could have arranged a small welcome Board for the party...
