Biryani Master — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I received stale chicken biryani, which is completely unacceptable, especially from a place that specializes in biryanis. On the other hand, the veg biryani was fresh—thanks for that.

However, the owner refused to deliver a replacement to my location (just 10 km away), even though it was their fault. A responsible business would have covered the delivery cost as a gesture of goodwill. The lack of courtesy in handling the situation was disappointing.

Giving 2 stars only because the owner at least acknowledged the issue and promised fresh biryani next time. Hope they improve...

I had ordered Chicken dum biryani but quality is very bad. Chicken was not fresh. Biryani was not fresh & not hot. Their workers also told after lot of discussion that Chicken was prepared 1 day ago. Worst experience. Do not try as they making fool...

You will definitely get diarrhea after having this biryani. They literally gives last night leftover biryani to serve you.
