The music needs bit of improvement as it seems the music is played as per the person sitting on the cash counter and not what customers prefer. Service - 3/5 There is a lot of room for improvement as there was only one captain and a server to attend the entire cafe/ restaurant also these two need to it not speak atleast understand local language and reply accordingly. Though the ingredients were good, the base Dosa was cold as well hard to bite and chew and also seems there was a lack of communication between the service team and the kitchen team as the black coffee served was served with sugar added to it which was a bad idea as it completely killed the aroma of the coffee which was actually really good.. Hope...
