Such a pathetic service. Don't go to this place. I was visiting yesterday and my experience was very disappointing. It's completely west of money and travel time.
Ambience: Its was Good. Price: they have high price as compared to others restaurant and food teste is not good and fresh as per to price quantity is less.
Management: Very bad management. The first bad impression is . We are going inside and ask them where to sit they said please seat here after than another manager came their he said it's reserved table please shift to another table. So again i ask him where to sit he is on call we are standing there atleast 5 min. This is first bad impression.
The staff? Extremely rude and unhelpful. They are not properly attending customers. We have to call them multiple times and they are ignoring us. Such a irritating behaviour they have. I don't know why the people give them 5 ⭐. Even they are not deserve that.
They are taking half+ hr for serving main course because of their behaviour we have to cancel it. They are only care about the People get busy attending the group in which there are more people. Like 7-8.
Food: We are ordering masala papad and korean chap. Masala papad the topping of masala papad is not fresh. Korean chap: really chap look like green? Capsicum they are adding in it was row. Teste is not good. They are taking 20-25 min to serve starters. This is there second bad impression. If you are taking more time you prepare food so please mention it on the menu card it will take 1 and half hr to prepare food so that customer will not weste their time to sits there and wait.
The service is slow, the attitude is instant, and the whole experience leaves you annoyed. Definitely not going back and wouldn’t suggest it to anyone.
I'll not recommend anyone to visit your restaurant.
One and important suggestions: service need to more improvise. You have to communicate politely not rudly.Insted of show off amenities if focus on main things. Serve fresh food, don't compromise with teste. Teach your coordinater to attend all customer don't...
Read moreSupremely tired after some heavy duty running around in Talegaon, we were looking for a place serving comforting North Indian food. We had never visited Talegaon before n we had our dog with us. We passed by Tatva n thought this seems too fancy a restaurant to allow our dog inside but after scouting for a good restaurant for about 15 - 20 minutes in and around the Talegaon market unsuccessfully, we decided to call up Tatva and try our luck.
To our pleasant surprise, they asked us to come over. We were given a table in the outer sitout which was reasonably inaccessible for other guests ...but quite comfortable...
So yes, officially Tatva may not be a pet friendly restaurant but they were quite friendly to our pet....n a big thank you to them for that ...
The restaurant has a beautiful decor....elegant n sophisticated....we ordered a paneer starter, malai kofta, dal fry, wheat tandoori rotis n fresh lime soda n believe u me....every single dish including the fresh lime soda was lipsmacking.....out of this world! We were so content n happy with the food that we actually overate! And the service provided especially by the server (the one who serves the food) was the absolute cherry on the cake! The way he served, always keeping an eye if we needed a second serve, warm, gentle n unobtrusive...it was the kind of restaurant service we have almost forgotten about....
All in all, the food, the ambience and the service...
Read moreTatva Talegaon is one of the four restaurants of the Tatva chain in Pune. A fine dine vegetarian restaurant, it is one of the busy restaurants in Talegaon locality. The place has both in-house and open area sitting options. Total seating capacity seemed to be around 70-80. The cane as well cushioned seats are comfortable and kids friendly. They have a small kids playing area as well. A significant portion of the open sitting area is used for parties, which makes the affairs a bit chaotic. The place is not as spacious to have a private party and general dining simultaneously. Coming to the food, the taste and quality was above average. The authenticity of taste of North Indian dishes like Chaap can certainly be improved. Quantity being served does justice with the price. Speed of service remains a grey area. Weekends are absolutely chaotic, especially if there's a party being conducted. You would experience a reduction in drinks menu as well. To sum up, a good getaway food outlet if you are looking for pure vegetarian options in Talegaon, especially NOT on...
