TAKSH Veg — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Had a thoroughly disappointing experience at Taksha Veg Restaurant. It started with the Manchow soup, which was completely tasteless and lacked any real depth of flavor. We requested a replacement, and while the second serving was marginally better, it didn’t do much to restore our confidence.

We expected the rest of the meal to improve after raising our concerns — but it only got worse. The gravies served were excessively salty and unbearably spicy, making it hard to enjoy the food at all. The overall taste was far from acceptable, especially for a restaurant that claims to serve quality vegetarian cuisine.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the staff and management’s attitude. Despite us clearly expressing dissatisfaction, none of the owners or managers made any effort to address our concerns. They were visibly present, yet completely disinterested — glued to their mobile phones, ignoring guests and showing zero courtesy to even acknowledge or engage with us.

This lack of professionalism and complete disregard for customer feedback left a bitter taste, far worse than the food itself. Would not recommend this place, and certainly won’t...

On date 16/11/2024 we went for a dinner at Taksh and found it to be one of the best restaurant to have good food at. I really like overall experience, food, service, quality, quantity of food everything was top notch ❤️

Staff is so responsive and attentive. Service was good. I liked the area where they had placed the paintings frames this was preety cool. 😍 If you guys decorated it more it would look very beautiful.

Dishes order for dinner : We ordered masala papad i. e 5/5 Paneer crispy also 5/5, veg roll 5/5. Overall starter was good 😊.

Main course, we ordered Shev bhaji 5/5. And veg mumtaj( chief special) 5/4, in last we ordered kolhapuri dal 5/3, kolhapur dal tadka is spicy but i didn't find this spicy. But all teste Good , 😋

Lastly. We ordered butterscotch scoop and Fruit Faluda, Fruit Custard. Honestly we just love it. 😍 Roti and garlic naan and garlic chapati was cooked properly

When you get a pleasant experience unexpectedly, you're even more delighted. Similar thing happened with me when I visited this place. The things I liked about this hotel are:

1. The place is neat and clean.
2. The staff is cordial and polite.
3. The food quality is very good, no spicy or oily. You don't feel bloated after having food.
4. MAIN POINT: It doesn't burn a hole in your pocket. The dishes are very reasonably priced. Three people (2 Adults + 1 kid) had a three course meal (Appetizer+Starters+Main course). Our dinner included 2 soups, 1 chinese starter, 1 veggie, 3 breads and 1 biryani. All this costed us 935₹ including GST. The portion size was impressive (We had to parcel couple of things 😄).
5. The menu has a wide variety of dishes.
6. Mr. Harsh Pathak deserves a special mention as he helped us through the menu and gave the best recommendations. All in all a 5star experience after long...
