Cake N Bake — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ordered a cake for my close one, everything was dmooth till delivery. During the delivery, the guy opened up the whole cake at my relatives place and started clicking photos. When asked, he didn't tell the reason, instead told my friend "Tumhare ko kya problem hai" He had people around and the rude and disgusting behaviour of the delivery was mood devastating. Later in talks with the owner/manager they protect them tells me that is it the first time I'm ordering, idk how they are even surviving. No-one trats a customer in this manner. Later on the owner calls me immature. Heights of disgust behaviour. Please consider it 10 times...

We first ordered from Cake N Bake for our daughter's birthday, and we were blown away! The cake design was exactly as we envisioned, the taste was absolutely mouth-watering, and it was delivered right on time. You can truly feel the quality of ingredients in every bite.
