A Perfect Dinner Experience at Namah – The Ambiance Hotel
I recently had dinner at Namah – The Ambiance Hotel, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we entered the property, the ambiance set the mood for a perfect evening—calm, elegant, and welcoming. The interior decor is tasteful and modern, with soft lighting and soothing music that instantly helps you relax.
We were greeted warmly by the staff and quickly guided to our table. The dining area is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a cozy yet classy atmosphere—ideal for families, couples, or even a quiet business dinner.
Now coming to the food—it was fantastic. The menu had a good variety of Indian, continental, and fusion dishes. We ordered a mix of starters, mains, and desserts, and everything was served fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. The paneer tikka was perfectly grilled, the butter chicken was rich and creamy, and the naan was soft and hot. Their dessert platter, especially the gulab jamun and chocolate mousse, was the perfect sweet ending.
Service was another highlight. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, regularly checking on us and ensuring we were comfortable. The food arrived on time and was served with professionalism and a smile.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—right from table settings to plating and even the curated music in the background. The entire experience felt upscale but still warm and inviting.
Overall, Namah – The Ambiance Hotel provided one of the best dinner experiences I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a place with great food, peaceful ambiance, and excellent service, this should be on your list. Definitely looking forward to...
Read moreExtremely Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Management
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Namah. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill fast. The service was slow, and it felt like we were being ignored the entire time. Our server took ages to take our order, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and poorly prepared.
When we politely brought up our concerns, the server seemed disinterested and offered no solutions. We then asked to speak to the manager, hoping they would address the situation. To our surprise, the manager not only avoided speaking with us directly but seemed more focused on covering up the issues rather than fixing them. It was clear that they had no interest in customer satisfaction, which is disappointing for any establishment.
Instead of addressing our concerns, the manager seemed to brush off the complaints and didn’t even offer a sincere apology. The whole experience felt like we were inconveniencing them rather than being valued customers. I expected much better from a restaurant with Namah’s reputation.
I strongly urge the management to take customer feedback seriously and train their staff to handle situations like these with professionalism and care. Sadly, I won’t be returning, and I hope others are aware of this kind of...
Read moreI had heard a lot about this restaurant and always wanted to visit, but hadn't had the chance since it's a pure vegetarian place. We made an unplanned visit today, arriving around 3:05 PM for lunch, only to find out that they had already stopped taking orders for their lunch service. However, since we were already there, the manager was kind enough to accommodate us and asked us to place our final order. We went with Paneer Kofta Curry, Roti, Veg Hyderabadi Biryani, and two glasses of Chaas. While the meal was being prepared, the waiter brought us a complimentary plate of mini papads and salad. Both were fresh, and the papads were nice and crispy. The Kofta Curry was flavorful and paired well with the freshly made Rotis, but the koftas themselves were disappointing—much too hard when they should have been soft and melt-in-your-mouth. The Biryani had a pleasant greenish hue and flavor, which I enjoyed, but the overpowering scent of kevda (or rose water essence) left a strong aftertaste, which I didn't like. The biggest surprise, however, was the Chaas. Two medium-sized glasses cost us ₹220, making it the priciest salted Chaas we've ever had! Overall, it was a good visit, and I would return, but I'll definitely be skipping the...
