Reply to your reply Mr. Owner on my feedback and your revert ......Do you really this that my review was based on the discount. If this is the case, I wld have given the tip, had the dish or services we decent.
Let me tell you, this was the 1st time I came to order and when you mentioned "aap aatey rahtey ho, i even gave you no reply and gv a blank expression "
2nd, why would I like, pieces was less, and chicken quality was not good. It was hard to Chew and I could not eat and if you want I can bring back the chicken to your restarrant and show as its still lying in my fridge as I thought I will go wash the pieces and give it to stray cats or dogs.
Discount was not my concern at all, its was quality and your the way wife communicated (as she mentioned that you are her husband) As a business owner, one must be little generous to customer. When I asked do you have Desi chichen, your said...no and even if I get it anywhere that wld have been injected. By statement you were sounding disrespectful to other restaurant owners who are still delivery quality with compassion.
Now let me tell what exactly your souse mentioned, she said..."Agar hum sab ko discount degey toh , kaisey challey ga. She also mentioned abhi toh vaisey bhi sawan chal raha hai, koi le leni raha".
One who can buy Desi chicken which is expensive, wld really bother so much about discount.
Also you mentioned about mentioned, then your person told me...nothing on the menu is available except chicken handi and litti chokha...however in your menu card, almost 50 times are printed š.
I have seen all the review where you have got not so good review, your replies are really disrespectful. It feels like customer have eaten at your place for free.
Also request to get you place little clean.. its was really stinking bad. I understand its rainy season, but we can atleast maintain some hygienic where customer interface is there....
ā--------------------------------- Below was my first review for the restaurant,
I visited today, dishes mentioned on the menu was not there except chicken champaran. I ordered for 8 pieces handi, however there were only 7 pieces. Above all chicken quality was not upto the mark. It was hard to Chew. I just had one piece and left, fearing for stomach issue. Not happy with the quality at all.
Also the owner wife who was sitting near by interven when I said if I can get some discount. She simply replied, if we will start giving discount to all then what will be saved. It was a closing time for the hotel and I feel the leftover chicken was parcelled to me.
I hardly bother about behaviours, what matter to me was quality. With chicken I couldn't take chance so I threw all the chicken. Can't compromise...

My recent visit to Champaran Handi Junction in Pimpale Saudagar Pune turned out to be extremely disappointing. I ordered their famous dish, litti chokha, with high expectations. However, my experience quickly soured when I discovered fungus inside the seemingly appealing litti upon breaking it open. Unfortunately, my phone battery died at that moment, preventing me from capturing evidence of the contaminated dish.
It was evident that the litti was not fresh and had likely been frozen before being microwaved, compromising its quality and safety. Adding to the disappointment, the accompanying chokha was cold and lacked flavor. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the owner, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the problem, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer.
The lack of concern and accountability from the restaurant staff was truly disheartening. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of quality, especially from a reputed establishment like Champaran Handi Junction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with serious doubts about the hygiene and food handling practices at the restaurant.
I urge others to exercise caution when dining at this establishment and thoroughly inspect their food before consumption. It's regrettable that such negligence can tarnish the reputation of what was once considered a renowned restaurant...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe cooking process of Champaran Handi Mutton and chicken is what sets it apart. The marinated mutton is placed in a sealed handi, typically using dough to cover the lid. This traps the steam inside, allowing the meat to cook in its own juices. The use of mustard oil, garlic, ginger, whole spices, and aromatic herbs imparts a distinct smoky and earthy flavor. Slow cooking for hours results in tender, succulent meat that falls off the bone. The smoky essence from the sealed clay pot further enhances its authenticity. The flavor of Champaran Handi Mutton is a perfect balance of spicy.........š, tangy, and earthy notes. The meat remains juicy......š¤¤, while the spices seep deep into the flesh, offering a burst of flavors with every bite. The use of garlic cloves and whole red chilies adds a rich aroma, making it irresistible. It is commonly served with plain rice, roti, or litti (a traditional stuffed wheat ball) to complement its bold taste......šš If u want to eat authentic bihari style champaran handiiiiii....do visit...
