Hotel Saudagar bar & lodging — Hotel in Maharashtra

I wish I could give it zero stars. Here goes the story. There was a death in the family, and I had relatives coming over. I enquired with Saudagar hotel and was informed that there are a/c rooms available to stay. The guests went over, and rooms were not ready. In fact the guests were informed there were no a x rooms at all, but the room charges I was given over the phone for a/c rooms will be charged for the non a/c rooms. Given the situation no one wanted to create a scene or any issues and decided to take whatever was available. About the rooms now : Rooms were not cleaned either before or during the stay There were no basic amenities such as drinking water or even mosquito repellants provided. Even morning tea was provided after much follow up. Washrooms were not cleaned, with soap residue from earlier. Staff was rude to the guests and did not bother with providing any sort of service. Hotel folks were calling me continuously for payment while all rituals for the departed soul were going on.

Very phaltu hotel.. Just because of captain Mauli.. He is very rude.. To talk with customers... Plus heights is reception person is also drunkened in this hotel.. And tried to bill more than actual amount.. Because he thought.. We can Loot 2 quarter drunk customer... Please my advise to owner of thiis hotel.. Just kick this Mauli captain as soon as possible.. Other wise.. No any drunk customer will be happy in this hotel... Just because of Mauli captain along with your reception person.. So really bad service from this hotel.. Because... My message to owner.. Please capture service from captain Mauli and counter person who is aligned with this rude...

Very bad experience. The hotel looks good in the pictures only.. Bathroom stinks at all the time. Poor maintenance of the rooms. Staffs are not friendly.. Actually, it seems they are unprofessional...I was there for a night, they charged me INR 2000 without a bill.. and they were willing to pay the bill if I paid them more than 2000 ( actually, that much money is not worthy for such a room) When I asked them for cashless transaction, they denied... Even, the place doesn't seem to be safe at all for a single...
