We went there yesterday for family dinner. Our experience was really bad with service. First we had a booking of 8:30 but we arrived little late due to parking and single lift working for restaurant but reception guy put all the fault on us and told to wait for 15-20 mins even though tables were vacant. Second we ordered starters it came in normal time and we told to bring main course post that. We waited for around 45 mins for main course to come in between we ordered fried masala papada but they brought roasted masala pappad. We tried to bring several service guy attention why our order is late but no one took care of it. Restaurant owners were busy in vacating table for new customers but they are not bothered about customers who are sitting there already.

Food taste was good for which I have 1 star but was cold by the time it arrived. Food cost is too high. Customer service is pathetic.

Word of advise if someone wants to take. Take only those many bookings which you can serve in peak hours and be attentive to what customers...

It's a rooftop punjabi dhabba in the middle of the city...!!! Rangla Panjab stands by its name and serves classic north indian flavour food. rather typical Panjabi food in a panjabi setup. Full marks for the vibes and cleanliness that they have created and maintained in the venue.

Coming to the food.. firstly the captains were very attentive and helpful towards us. Taking orders was very quick. But they took a lot of time to prepare and serve. By the time when food arrived I was already exhausted mentally and was turned off I did not take pictures of the food. Secondly, food taste and quality, it was decent. Just an ordinary taste. The quantity was also decent.

Overall I was expecting so much more from the place in terms of food taste and quality as I had already visited their other outlet which is in Vishal Nagar and I am simply in love with the food taste and quality there but for this outlet I had to say that I was...
