My experience at Cloud 99 Hinjewadi was outstanding from start to finish. This establishment truly stands out for its perfect blend of comfort, service, and amenities.

Location-wise, it's conveniently situated in Hinjewadi with ample parking available - a real plus in this area. While their website isn't fully operational yet, the phone booking process was smooth and the staff were very helpful.

I and few of my friends had a highly disappointing experience at Cloud99 on 2nd Aug,2024. We decided to dine here, expecting a pleasant Friday rainy evening. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.

After we were seated for an hour or so and had started to enjoy our meals, we were abruptly asked to leave because the table was apparently reserved for a larger group. This information was never communicated to us beforehand, either when we made the reservation or when we were seated.

Being asked to leave in the middle of our meal and drinks was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We felt rushed, embarrassed, and completely disrespected. The lack of communication and consideration from the staff was appalling.

I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was entirely unacceptable. A restaurant of this caliber should have better management and customer service practices in place.

Recently we booked the banquet hall for a birthday celebration, the hall and food quality was superb, so I gave 3 star for that, but the vendor who did the decoration was pathetic. One thing to mention here, hotel administation only allowing their own vendor, no outsiders are allowed. And there is a single vendor is available, named Viaan decoration. Being a single vendor, there is monopoly. When we discussed about the decoration, he said the starting price is 10k, we asked for the minimal decoration, he directly rejected our request. But with the help of hotel administation we did the booking with 5k and vendor said he will only do stage decoration. And on the day of birthday, when we saw the decoration, it was very bad. He used broken item. And when we talked to him, he was replied with attitude. I must say this guy is full of attitude. My only request to hotel administation please add some more vendors or allow outsiders as on the market decoration are quite cheap, one of my friend booked the unicorn theme decoration with photographer and the vendor...
