Had been to their Thali section multiple times which turned out to be really good. However their ala carte section is terrible on all counts. There are no captains to take ur order, rather you are approached by hesitant waiters who are not even ready to listen to what you say. They have no sense of service at all. from getting you the menu till removing used plates you need to beg them multiple times for some response. Ordered veg clear soup and we were given some luke warm water with some oddly cut stale veggies settled at the bottom. there was no hint of freshness in it. Masala papad was Ok.We had ordered paneer starter with soup but after multiple request and confrontation with some guy on counter finally we recieved luke warm kebabs after 45 mins which was not at all good. The reason they gave is they have only one tandoor which is being used for both rotis and kebabs so sometimes you need to wait.really lame.. the paneer tasted like someone purposely messed it up with loads of ginger which totally masked any flavour left in paneer or other spices. The paneer was burnt on one end and partially cooked on other end. Nan was ok and tasted like something else but phulkas were just perfect. Overall it was a terrible...

Once we visited this restaurant. We ordered 4-5 items. Among those, two were Navratna korma and paneer hotpan. I loved paneer hotpan. But Navratna korma was really bad. Foul smell was coming from that item. We tasted it just and whole item we left as it is. I told the restaurant manager, he told his cook to taste and identify if there is any smell. But tell me guys, why will any cook will identify his errors, why his staff will tell that some foul smell is coming from that item. So after so much argument, he told that I will give you 10 % discount on this item. I told seriously, I even left whole item, why we will pay 90% for that item.
