Food: 5 Stars
Copper Chilli excels in providing a delectable array of dishes, making it a must-visit for anyone craving high-quality Indian cuisine. The menu is thoughtfully curated, offering an impressive selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, each prepared with authentic spices and techniques.
Vegetarian Delights:
The Paneer Tikka is a standout dish that exemplifies the restaurant's commitment to flavor. Marinated in a blend of yogurt and spices, the paneer is grilled to perfection, boasting a smoky aroma and a delightful char that elevates the taste. It’s served with a tantalizing mint chutney that adds a refreshing touch to each bite.
Non-Vegetarian Highlights:
The chicken dishes here are nothing short of extraordinary. The Chicken Pahadi Kabab is a must-try; marinated in aromatic herbs and spices, these skewers are grilled to juicy perfection. They are savory with a hint of zest that keeps you coming back for more. Coupled with an exquisite mint sauce, it is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore authentic flavors.
Another signature dish is the Butter Chicken, which epitomizes Indian comfort food. The rich, creamy tomato-based gravy envelops tender pieces of chicken, creating a symphony of flavors that is both indulgent and satisfying. Served with fluffy naan or fragrant basmati rice, this dish is a true representation of Indian culinary excellence.

Read moreCopper Chilly offers an impressive variety of non-vegetarian dishes that are rich in flavor and quality. During my recent visit, I sampled several items from their non-veg menu, and here’s what stood out:
Starters: The Chicken Malai Tikka was a great start to the meal. The chicken was marinated to perfection, creamy, and very tender. The seasoning was mild, yet flavorful, with a slight smokiness from the grill. The Fish Fingers were also a hit – crispy on the outside, and soft, flaky fish on the inside, with a side of tangy dip that complemented the dish well.
Main Course: Their Butter Chicken was truly one of the best I’ve had. The gravy was thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. It had a perfect balance between sweetness and tanginess, with tender chicken pieces that melted in your mouth. The Mutton Rogan Josh was equally delicious – the mutton was slow-cooked and soft, and the gravy had a rich, aromatic blend of spices.
Biryani: The Chicken Dum Biryani was beautifully aromatic, with well-cooked, flavorful chicken pieces. The rice was fragrant and not overly spicy, making it a good choice for those who prefer milder flavors. The portion size was generous, making it a hearty meal.
Seafood: I also tried their Prawns Masala, and it did not disappoint. The prawns were fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The masala was flavorful with just the right amount of heat, allowing the prawns to stand out while still delivering a punch of spices.
Ambience & Service: The ambience at Copper Chilly is cozy and comfortable, with a modern decor that’s inviting for both family dinners and casual outings. The service was prompt, and the staff was attentive and helpful, offering good suggestions for first-timers.
Overall Experience: Copper Chilly excels at offering well-executed non-veg dishes with generous portions and authentic flavors. Whether you’re a fan of rich curries or tandoor-based items, this restaurant is a great choice for non-veg lovers. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of food, and it’s a place I’d...
