READ ALL THE LOW STARS, issues are exactly the same and it’s the caretakers fault.
The villa DOESNT have kitchen. DOESNT have purifies so need to buy extra bottles. Caretaker Priyanka is very RUDE and kept coming back every 2 hours to remind us ‘this’ will be charged and ‘that’ will be charged. She said she’s alone and there are no male caretakers to go out and get water or breakfast stuff for us, this is very unusual in Lonavla. She did t clean plates (which we usually do on our own in kitchen) and then there were no plates or glasses for breakfast. We had to wash plates in washroom basin. She gave our WRONG counting to owners who bothered us on phone back to back until we shoved it back to them and asked them to come personally and take the count. Priyanka charges 20 for tea and 30 for coffee to be made in her servant quarters. Not enough plates or glasses or extra beds. Priyanka kept saying I have to clean so don’t use all at once. Even beds and blankets she said don’t touch without my permission as I have to clean it daily. I mean we don’t care who cleans, we need enough extra mattress to sleep. Our family goes to Lonavla every year twice, never had a bunglow without kitchen as we are 25 adults and 20 kids. So we make our own tea multiple times a day. Here she was getting bothered when we asked multiple times and made tea ONLY twice for us. You either put kitchen or adhere to demands when you are charging, don’t spoil guests mood with your attitude. I’ve never seen a property with all glass plates and glasses which ends up in breaking. Rental bunglows should keep plastic plates. Arjun - the coordinator also kept chatting on WhatsApp for booking and got all details wrong. We showed him his own messages but he said that was a mistake. If it’s HIS mistake then why is our picnic getting spoiled, own up to your mistake and don’t bother us. He wrongly booked us only for one day and then asked double the price for next day considering Friday as weekend. Property is good, pool and all is okay. Location is bad, can’t go from Maps either. Owners should build kitchen or keep a friendly caretaker. We’ve stayed in multiple leisurely properties but this was, by far, the worst experience. After all the harassment we went to Anand Dham, 13 mins away but great place and amazing caretakers. They cleaned regularly without asking, came and stood and helped serving while we had food without asking, gave us extra beds and all without asking, villa had purifier so no extra...
Read morewell to be honest first of all i had been to stay leisurely owned villas before where i had great experience so i thought to book this villa under the same company . this villa is a property which looked great from outside .even rooms are ok now comes to the maintenance part swimming pool and all the things are just messed up which is quite frustrating No kitchen in the villa ( a big big issue ) villa without kitchen how can any architect build it A caretaker is there whom when we reached out again and again for basic things like no enough cutlery (to which she said i dont have more) rooms were wet ( no mob or dry mat to put in villas anywhere) plz arrange allout for mosquitoes (to which said its not in villa nor allowed) no enough towels (to which same answer by caretaker this much only there )
for basic things we had to make calls to company number again and again which was more irritating
when we pay to the brand which i used to think stay leisurely was
now i have changed my mind plz avoid stay leisurely properties if they cant even manage basic necessary things for their guests
one more thing as no kitchen ,when u eat ur lunch on dining table ,be assured all the used plates will b kept there only for 2-3 hrs especially for dinner it will b like there only
caretaker will not come ( that what she said us ) and u will have to sleep with smell and mosquitoes
after many efforts we got all we need.
dear sir/madam there is no provision to reply again so adding a reply here
