We a family of 15 pax visited this restaurant last week for dinner at around 9.50 pm. The staff opened their ground floor sitting area to accommodate us. A guy who I guess was the owner or manager I’m not very sure gave us the menu and one of us just told him that the price of Chicken Tandoori were higher than Jafferbhais( another famous restaurant in that area), his reply was “Aap yahan ka dish try kijiye pasand nahi aaya to payment mat karna” . So we ordered 3 Full Chicken Tandooris, fried rice and soup. They took around 50 minutes to serve the food and to our disappointment the chicken was half cooked( not properly roasted) with all the marination paste still intact on the chicken, on complaining they took it back and said they’ll roast it properly and get it back . Meanwhile fried rice arrived which had a stale smell emanating from it which their waiter too agreed. Again the same thing they took it back and asked us to wait for some more time to replace it . The replaced fried rice too had the same smell in it . Our children left it uneaten and we asked for the bill. The waiter who was attending to us was really sorry for all that happened and gave us the bill of ₹5285/- which we asked him to get it reduced at least for the quality of food which was served. He called up 1 guy named Utkarsh(Guess he was the same guy who was there in the beginning who never showed up again ) and told him customer is not willing to pay that much and handed over the phone to one of us, and his words were like “Aapko quality pe itna doubt tha to 1 hi quantity order karna tha itna saara kyu order kiya? Maine khud chicken tandoori taste kiya hai thoda sa hi kachha reh gaya tha” After arguing for so long he reduced the bill to ₹4500/- which we paid since we had 2 infants with us and the time was about 11.45 pm. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Guys...
Read moreThe food was really good, everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. We started with a crispy "masala papad" and then had paneer tikka, roti, butter naan, and jeera rice for the main course. Everything was yummy, and there was enough to share.
The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. They checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, a nice place to relax and enjoy a meal.
The whole bill came to only ₹630, which is very affordable for how good the food was. Definitely recommend this place! It's great for anyone looking for tasty Indian food without...
Read moreThis restaurant is located on the main road 1st floor of building. The steps are steep and difficult to climb for senior citizens. The entire place seems to be built with wood and a major fire hazard. The balcony where we were seated was shaking when someone steps in. The food is expensive, quantity is very less and the chef doesn't have a clue what he is cooking. We ordered chicken lollipop which was cooked in Indian style not Chinese style and was crispy. The chicken tikka masala was half cooked and super spicy and my kid fell sick after having the food. We had a bad experience with...
