I am writing to express my serious concern regarding a recent order I received from your outlet located in Pune-411015 (Invoice Number: 64004/25/8008, Order ID: 123, Date: 16/05/2025, 08:04 PM).
To my disappointment, one of the items — specifically the VEG Taco Double VEG — was either not properly cooked or had an insect/foreign particle inside, which is highly unhygienic and unacceptable. I have attached an image of the product clearly showing the issue for your reference.
Given Domino's reputation for quality and hygiene, this experience was not only disappointing but also raised serious health concerns.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take appropriate action. I would appreciate a refund or replacement and a formal response regarding how such a lapse occurred and what preventive measures will be taken in the future.

The customer handling was very poor — staff were more busy playing and making noise among themselves than attending to customers. The ambience was unpleasant, the AC was not working properly, and overall hygiene was not maintained well.
On top of that, the order was delayed far beyond a reasonable time, with no proper communication from the staff. During my visit yesterday, I experienced several issues that I believe need your urgent attention. Firstly, the staff members were extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Such poor behavior made my visit quite unpleasant.
Secondly, I was disappointed to find that the area was not clean—particularly the table, which was in poor/zero hygienic condition. Additionally, there was no proper seating area available, which made it very uncomfortable for visitors.
