Domino's Pizza | Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I recently placed an order from Domino’s, Shahunagar through the Domino’s app and made the full payment online at the time of ordering. However, upon delivery, the delivery person demanded an additional payment, claiming there was a due balance on the order.

When I told him I had already paid in full, he asked me to call the store and speak with the manager. I contacted the store and initially spoke to a lady who insisted that a payment was still due. When I asked for clarification regarding the extra charge, she vaguely mentioned it could be related to an offer, which I never applied or received. She then said she would check with the manager and abruptly disconnected the call.

I called back again a few minutes later and spoke to another staff member. He also claimed that a payment was due but was unable to explain why. He then hung up on me without providing any resolution. After this, my number appeared to be blocked, as I was no longer able to connect with the store.

When I asked the delivery person to call the same number from his phone, the call was answered immediately by the same staff. Initially, he instructed the delivery person not to hand over my order until the payment was made. When I refused to pay the unexplained amount, he eventually allowed the delivery person to give me the order — acting as though he was doing...

Dominos is a good brand, but nowadays the quality of the pizza is going down. Specially this outlet, it was a horrible experience. Of you think of pizza you thibk of cheese, here nowadays they are serving it in just sausage no or minimal cheese that you don't feel it at all. The cheese quantity is very less and everytime they are down on the quality from last 6-8 months I noticed, I added 500 ml Pepsi bottle in the order but staff gave me it in a paper glass from vending machine, and the qty was approx 300 ml only. staff does not care to keep cleanliness or hygiene for dine in area, it's like they charge so much money but insult and humiliate the customers. Hey Dominos, I am cutting you off from my eat list. Careful, you going back to the era 17 yers back.. You know local Indian restaurants are way better than yours, atleast we get a clean table and table service, and the staff is very happy to serve us. No one takes the responsibility to clean the tables, customer has to inform the counter person to arrange to clean it. The store floor was littered with tissues, small titbits, dust, washroom was unclean, utilizes tissues lying across, the tables were greasy. The blower above the entry door is messed up, too much noise, seems that it is not serviced at all from ages. The chilli & oregano dispensers were totally greasy from outside. If this is the hygeine in the sitting area, not sure what must be the condition inside the kitchen! On the quality of Pizza, the cheese has been reduced drastically, felt like we are eating bread topped with sauce & veggies. The taste is weird. 1000 bucks for 2 medium pizzas is worthless. We could have had good thalis or ala carte food in some good restaurants. Staff approach to customer is casual, lack of customer service, no smile on their face, no greeting the customer! Total waste of Money, no respect for clients....
