horrible delivery experience, please do not pay online for home delivery service in lonavala

AFTER I ORDERED I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE RESTAURANT SAYING THAT THEY CANNOT DELIVER AS IT WAS OUTSIDE THE SERVICE AREA. AFTER ENQUIRING WHAT THEIR DELIVERY AREA IS THEY PROVIDED A LOCATION WHICH IS WITHIN 1 KM FROM THE RESTAURANT.

I THEN CALLED UP THE HELPLINE FIRST I SPOKE TO MR. Shubham Supare. I CONVEYED MY CONCERNS AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY ONLY DELIVER WITHIN A 3 KM RANGE. I TOLD HIM THAT MY ADDRESS IS WITHIN THE 3 KM RANGE AFTER WHICH HE TRIED 2 FUTILE ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE KITCHEN. WHEN COULDNT I TOLD HIM THAT SINCE MY ORDER WAS ALREADY PLACED AND PAID FOR THEY SHOULD EITHER DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR REFUND ME THE MONEY RIGHT AWAY. HE VERY RUDELY SAID THAT IF THE KITCHEN ISNT DELIVERING THEN THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE. WHEN I ASKED HIS NAME AND EMPLOYEE ID NO TO LODGE A COMPLAINT HE GAVE ME HIS NAME AND SAID THAT HE CANNOT GIVE HIS ID NO AND TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO HIS MANAGER (Saikat Sutta assistant manager) WHILE THE CALL WAS BEING TRANSFERED I RECEIVED . CALL FROM THE KITCHEN SAYING THAT THEY ARE GOING TO DELIVER BUT ONE OF THE PRODUCTS WAS MISSING WHICH WOULD BE REPLACED BY ANOTHER PLUS IS WOULDNT BE DELIVERED IN 30 MIN

AFTER TELLING THE MANAGER REGARDING THIS HE AGIAN TRIED CALLING THE KITCHEN AND CONNECTED TO THE KITCHEN MANAGER MR. (HRISHIKESH NIKM KITCHEN MANAHER) WHEI ASKED HIM THAT WHAT THEIR SERVICE AREA WAS HE REPLIED ANY DISTANCE WITHIN 8 MINS OF THE LOCATION.

THIS WAS SOMETHING NEW FIRST PERSON NAMED A HOTEL WITHIN 1 KM EXEC SAID 3 KM RADIUS KITCHEN MANAGER SAID 8 MIN

IF THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO DO HARACE A CUSTOMER AFTER ORDERING THEN STOP DELIVERING MORE OVER STOP THE BUSINESS. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU BEHAVE WITH A CUSTOMER IN TODAYS WORLD OF CUTTING EDGE SERVICE INDUSTRY.

This place is pathetic not even this domino store but I have noticed majority of the dominos which are situated at a hill station or at the airport's they don't serve pizza mania which is generally prefered by children and as well as youngsters this is not a good policy by dominos when you advertise and spend crores of rupees for a add for an entry level pizza to pull the crowd so that lots of peopy come in and buy your pizzas but u don't serve these entry level puzzas at prime locations can anyone who is reading bthis reviews from the dominos give me a one good reason for not serving pizza mania at these places this is not my experience may be many have faced similar situation just I visited dominos at lonavala thy say thy don't have mania I spoke to the manger mr Dnyaneshwar he said thy don't have the base for the mania thy were run out of it yesterday I asked them when u had run out of it then why u didn't ordered Ur stock dominos promis e to deliver in 30 minutes but internally thy can't deliver there stock even after 24 hours I think these people are just trying to loot us by giving add which for mania and thy don't have in...

Due to technical issues, our train was delayed by two hours, leaving us concerned about whether our pizza order would still be delivered. However, Mr. Satish went above and beyond to ensure we received our order, delivering it hot and fresh even after the unexpected delay. Remarkably, he was prepared to deliver the pizza directly to the location where the train had halted due to the fault.
