EatSure Food Court - Mumbai Pune Expressway — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Uncomfortable ambience. Of all the food courts I have visited, this one was the most uncomfortable. As we arrived and ordered food while settling down on some seats, people came about cleaning the floors without warning. Wehn we moved to another seat and placed food there, another person came cleaning and moved our food on the table. Prompt service was not to be seen. The ventilation felt weird at this place. It was not air conditioned, which i don't mind as I'm not used to artificially cold surroundings. However, instead of small fans all over the place, there was one huge fan on the ceiling, those that we see at railway stations and airports these days, rotating very slowly. We had opted for South Indian from Udipi meets Mumbai. The token system at that outlet is weird. You pay the cashier, who gives you a receipt. You need to take that receipt and give it to another person who passes it to the kitchen. Only then you can get your order placed. The food however was good and not too pricey. Other outlets we didn't try, but it appeared that some were out of stock for certain items when...

I ordered paneer tikka shawarma but instead I received chicken shawarma. how can such a mistake be made,this is totally unacceptable. I'm a pure vegetarian and ate it I'm very upset and very frustrated at the same time I called the customer care and he's offering to give us a mere pizza puff as compensation and on showing him how enraged we are he offered us 2 pizza puffs like is this a joke this shows that they don't have any sense of professionalism We only asked him to deliver my original order and let us speak to his senior He told us we'll get a call back in an hour but didn't receive one So we called them ourselves and the obvious happened THEY DIDNT PICK UP We called them repeatedly 4 or 5 times in hour intervals and yet no one recieved our call

After a WHOLE DAY a different person picked up and started telling us how they have "helped" us by replacing our order. And now we are again asked to wait for another 24 to 48 hours to receive a call from the higher up I'm really frustrated but more than that upset Hopefully I recieve appropriate...

Located just at the base of ghats and outside of Lonavala. It's a great pitstop into Mumbai. Lots and lots of food stores to choose from. McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks, Udupi te Mumbai, Fasoos and many more. Clean and well ventilated. Nice ambience although a bit loud due to the rush of crowds coming here. There's a long wait to get a table to sit and eat. Good for getting a meal on the go because you'll find a table to sit rarely or will have to share with other patrons there. Restroom and bathrooms are also available. Wheel chair accessible entry and exit to all stores and eating floor. Is family friendly. But take care of small kids because you can very easily lose them because of the crowds of people that have come...
