McCafe Oceans Food Plaza — Restaurant in Maharashtra

On 1st January, 2023, on the way to Mumbai my sister and I ate a Paneer wrap each. We usually eat this in Pune and it is fresh always but the one here tasted weird and not on point but we thought its maybe because of the sauce or something like anyone would think. My sister had a 20 hour journey ahead to The States and TRUST ME WHEN I SAY SHE FELL TERRIBLY SICK ON HER FLIGHT. SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO SIT COMFORTABLY FOR A SINGLE MINUTE AND SHE WAS RESTLESS . MEANWHILE ME ON MY WAY BACK TO PUNE COULDN’T SIT. I HAD TO FORCEFULLY TRY TO SLEEP TO AVOID THE STOMACH ISSUE THERE WAS SOMETHING FISHY AND WE KNOW IT. WE ARE GOING TO DEFINITELY FILE A REPORT IN THE FOOD AND HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF PUNE DISTRICT AND MAHARASHTRA AS WHOLE. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE’S HEALTH MC DONALD’S. OUR TRUST FROM MC DONALDS HAS BEEN BROKEN. THIS WILL BE THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE with disgusting food NOW ON TO EVEN VISIT. Placed the order at the kiosk but the machine had connectivity issues. The place was busy so it almost seemed they were unable to handle the orders. I requested the gentleman at the window that I did not want ice in my Coke Zero, he served it with ice & when I mentioned it he said it was just 2-3 ice cubes ( I have a cold & teeth sensitivity so the request). The Coke Zero, which I was told was a can, came in a cup, was bitter & left a weird aftertaste so threw the drink out. The ice cream had to be requested twice before I got it. Being on the expressway, this place should be open 24*7 but they have specific timings, even the timings provided in google maps are in-correct. They open at 8 am instead of 7 am. Even all the brand eateries open after 8 am only. No such good options available if you come beyond the given timings. Additionally the food outlets like bisleri charges more than MRP with the name of mall charges. I took packed cold coffee whose MRP was 70 INR but the shop keeper charged me 80 INR saying these are...
