The Grand Cube — Restaurant in Maharashtra

The place is super awesome. We decided to have some good food so we stepped into Coastal Curry Restaurant but sadly we had a very very bad experience out there in coastal curry. To begin when we entered the restaurant the guy incharge seemed not interested at all he didn't offer us the menu we had to go get the menu ourselves and even find a seat. The restaurant was empty it was just me and my husband. We ordered 2 thalis chicken and mutton both thalis were a waste of money no taste at all . The rice seemed as if it was minced looked like upma. For the price the restaurant should have offered a small portion of decent basmati rice which nowadays small road restaurants provide. The chicken and mutton didn't have any taste at all so we didn't eat and requested the restaurant to pack the food so we could give it to our dogs and not waste the food but the restaurant incharge refused to pack the food. Also the restaurant was so warm no ac was out on. Too many flies around the place. It would have been better for us to eat out rather than spend so much for tasteless food and useless restaurant staff. No one seemed happy or interested in working in coastal curry they looked as if there were forcefully brought into the restaurant to work. This is the newest the most amazing food plaza on Mumbai Pune expressway. This is superbly built with lot of space. The seats are comfortable and there is lot of space to accomodate atleast 1000 people at any point of time. It is clean and well maintained. It houses all the big brands.. some have already opened shop and some will open soon. It houses Starbucks coffee, KFC, Bisleri, Udupi to Mumbai, Shubh Sagar ( Jain food), Ajfan Dry Fruits and nuts shop, McDonald's, The Dinsum Kaffe, Burger King, Coastal Curry, Shree Dutt Foods, Egg Sunday, Global Bake, The Chikiss and few more coming up. Toilets are nicely built with foot pedal to get water from the taps. They can give competition to any toilet in star hotel or airports. The place was on the route and we had a small breakfast halt over there. I must say that it is one of the most well maintained highway food mall I have been to. The washroom are very clean and hygienic, one different thing I saw here was they have foot operated tap system which is amazing in this times of Covid. There are multiple options to have food. They even have Starbucks. We had our breakfast at Udupi 2 Mumbai and the food was not just tasty but was at a very reasonable rate.
