Food court — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Stopped on this food mall with family. Ordered Hot Vada Usal- initially taste was ok. But i had to feed my kid, so put aside my dish. After some time i started eat, now cold, food smelled foul. Food was literally stale/baasi. When hot, i did not notice. When complained to staff, they neglected, saying everything served hot & fresh. I asked them to taste from my dish, they ignored & refunded my money.

Tea was even worst, it was only hot water with sugar & little tea powder for colour. Poor chap outside my office gate serve better tea from his make-shift table.

This is the state of so called posh food mall on expressway. Food mall is openly playing with health of people, by charging like 3/4 star hotel but serving stale food. Due to hurry & ignorance, people do not notice. I am wondering if Food Safety Authorities have ever noticed & did any inspection here.

Road side food cart in my area serve better food than this food mall. Please be very careful while ordering here, ignore at best. Good for...
