KANNU KI CHAI HINJEWADI PHASE 3 — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Ordered filter coffee, blueberry muffin and chicken puff on our visit here. Coffe and chicken puff were good in taste. The blueberry muffins were okay in taste and had no blueberries in it, it contained jam instead which was highly disappointing. The main reason for me to give them 2 stars is that the people serving are really unhygienic, I saw them putting the fallen dip tea bag into the tea cup of one of the other customers there. The service is pathetic, people have to wait more than half an our for even the simplest of orders. They aren't able to manage the staff. The waiter there is very unhygienic and inconsiderate too. He took our tray when we were still eating from it and our spoon was kept in the tray, we asked him to give us the spoon so he threw the spoon on the table like an arrogant person. Lately staff has been ordered to start engaging in tax evasion malpractice by not providing a bill Experienced this twice, both times it was a different cashier at the counter. Entire Menu is overpriced - coffee, maggi, vadapav, everything! Price v/s quantity of food in your plate is very less. Sandwiches lack stuffing - egg, cheese, veggies, all sparsely added. Food lacks quality too Staff needs better training - folks at counter in black shirts + working staff in green Tee. Only 1 cashier is rightly trained - lean guy with black specs, rest all are rubbish. 👎👎👎 The place is horrible. I ordered a signature sandwich and the thing was not edible. I am giving the place a 1 star because I couldn’t give it a 0 (zero) star. Don’t spend your money there. Street vendors foods are much tastier. Worst customer service I had seen till date, because of that sandwich had taken more than 25 minutes to cook I had started eating one piece of pastry that I had parceled for my home, they asked me to eat it outside that cafe till the time my sandwich is getting cooked so I asked them to keep it back with me but they asked me keep that parcel out of that cafe after some time they asked me to stopped me in middle of my meal and asked to leave. at least they can ask me to keep it back with me until my sandwich is getting cooked but there behaviour is not right towards there customer.
