VISITED THE MTDC FOOTHILL RESTAURANT DURING OUR TRIP TO THE AJANTA CAVES, AND IT WAS A PLEASANT STOP! THE LOCATION IS SUPER CONVENIENT, RIGHT NEAR THE CAVES, MAKING IT A GREAT SPOT TO GRAB A BITE AFTER EXPLORING. THE AMBIANCE IS SIMPLE AND CLEAN, WITH A NICE VIEW OF THE SURROUNDING HILLS, WHICH ADDS TO THE EXPERIENCE. THE MENU OFFERS A DECENT VARIETY OF INDIAN DISHES, WITH SOME MAHARASHTRIAN SPECIALTIES THAT HIT THE SPOT. WE TRIED THE THALI, AND THE PORTIONS WERE GENEROUS, THOUGH THE TASTE WAS MORE HOMELY THAN GOURMET. THE SERVICE WAS PROMPT, AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, THOUGH IT CAN GET A BIT CROWDED DURING PEAK TOURIST HOURS. PRICES ARE REASONABLE FOR A TOURIST SPOT, BUT DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING TOO FANCY. A SOLID CHOICE FOR A QUICK, SATISFYING MEAL WHILE VISITING AJANTA. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR TRAVELERS LOOKING FOR CONVENIENCE AND DECENT...

And the quantity was satisfactorily sufficient. We had hot tasty meals right when we needed it. Moreover the manager provided us with his personal hotspot for UPI payment as we didn't have any cash. And the whole area doesn't have internet network. We had a lovely lunch and would...
