Poise - Best Restaurant in Hinjewadi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

This is a new restaurant (near Laxmi Chowk) in HInjewadi that has opened up recently. I had visited here pre lockdown when this was under a different name. The ambiance and everything is the same.

I had visited here a couple of times on weekends for dinner. I had booked a table via online apps and was able to get a table immediately on arrival.

The offer promised on booking of table was honored.

Coming to the food, we had ordered the following dishes:

Paneer Steak: The name of the dish is a little different on the menu but it was like Paneer Steak. The chef must be appreciated for preparing this dish so deliciously. The pieces of paneer were well cooked served with sauteed vegetables, mash potatoes and mustard sauce. The portion is sufficient for two people. Vegetarians must order this dish.

Breast Chicken steak: Two big boneless pieces of Chicken (breast) grilled and well cooked and served with sauteed vegetables, mash potatoes and barbecue sauce. It would be great if that mustard sauce from Paneer steak was served. Anysways, I liked it.

Murg Mussalam: Dry gravy based dish with tandoori chicken pieces and portion is sufficient for three people.

Hummus with falafel: Delicious Hummus with olives and served with falafel and papad. The presentation was quite good and could be served little hot.

Garlic Naan: Traditional garlic naan.

That star attraction here is the large open spacious indoor dance floor. The music is right with live DJ playing and lighting is also appropriate for dancing. Our kid enjoyed and danced for an hour.

The service is slow and the menu is online which takes time to order. I would suggest providing the menu book for ordering. At least those who request, may be provided.

I had the worst experience in Prysm Hinjewadi. I went to Prysm yesterday (10 Sept 2023) to celebrate a friend’s birthday and I was so utterly disappointed. The service was just pathetic. Firstly the waiter who came to take our order just seemed totally off and uninterested. He was just not at all interested in listening to our questions, when we asked him which starter was good to order, and after we ordered he came back after 5 minutes and said what we ordered isn’t available and asked us to change the item so we changed. The food was average, the quantity was a bit less. I asked the waiter till what time the restaurant is open he said till 1 am. And at around 11 they turned off most of the lights saying that there is very less people so they are switching it off. I mean what the hell, seriously? What about the few customers that were already there? I told them to turn on the lights so they turned it on for about 5-10 minutes till we were having our food and again they turned off all the lights when we were just finishing our food. I mean this is totally disrespectful and its the worst experience I had in Pune. I am a food blogger and I would suggest please don’t get thrilled by the lights outside, this resturant just has the worst service.
