Location for my work was good..entry was shocking as it's a small lane connecting the highway to enter..
We took 2 rooms 308 / 309.. I was in 309.. First night they said they have a fridge I asked the helper does it work.. "he says yes sir it works but it doesn't cool" is that even called a fridge?? Day 2... I have no water coming in the bathroom 🤔 sir there is leakage in some room or tank.. made me wait 1.5hr I had to cancel my meeting.. Lights around the corridor are just flikring Asked for nimbu pani ( sweet lime water) they get me water.. lime separately and sugar and salt to add 🤣🤣) imagine.. Now coming to the billing pls be very careful they don't know how to bill the room which places the order..PLS PLS BE CAREFUL..
stuff under trained totally looks like they have a tie up with school for dum... Manager only operating one man show who is looking for ur money... Overall never again.... Imagine this I paid money to them after I have reached back home as they added the bill to a diff room...very very bad for the price they charge...
RS 500 you should pay them for the room then I would manage with all the above issues.... 4k + you charge online for this experience.. I wish I had the power I would shut ur hotel down

Room service is pathetic. Even for a water bottle you have to call 10 times then it gets delivered to you. If you order it online then the water bottle comes more quickly then the room service.
The check-in process is pretty weird too. The people at reception are not cooperative at all and give disgusting looks for some reason.
The checkout process was not smooth at all. They make you wait at reception and say please wait for clearance. Indirectly they wanted to say please wait, we want to make sure you have not stolen anything from the room. In my life not a single hotel has asked me to wait after checkout.
The AC is useless too, it just gives noise and no cooling whatsoever.
No tissue paper in the toilet, no dental kit, the pillow covers were dirty.
My room had an under construction hole in it. Please see the attached picture of it. I accidentally stepped in it and my toe started to bleed because of it.
They don't have blackout curtains. So as soon as the sun rises up, you will have to wake up too, because of the huge windows.

Read moreI will not recommending this hotel.When i reached hotel, i was denied checkin stating that hotel manager told that he denied check in due to low tariff offered by oyo. Oyo had confirmed booking and full amount has been pre-paid but still they don’t communicate with hotel property. Hotel manager connected to oyo and after discussion they spoke to me saying that they will shift to another property which is around 2-3kms and i have to bear additional transportation and extra hotel charges. Not agreeing their one sided t&c they said they are connecting to guest manager but after 15-20 min on hold they disconnected. Waited for almost 2hrs on road still no response recd from oyo team. I have raised open tickets several times but oyo didn’t responded even for single time and neither refunded and compensated for all this torture. With all untrained professional in customer service oyo is very good in extracting margins as a third party but when something go’s wrong they don’t have courtesy to respond and close any issues. They have only escalation but no closure.
Such a shame that oyo has downgraded their services to such level and don’t refund pre-paid amount in spite of denied check in by hotel
