RASRAJ — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Rasraj is an old and trusted restaurant, that I have been visiting for a long time. This is a single storied building with a parking lot in the basement and also a small place for parking bikes in front of the building, The ground floor is mainly for snacks, sweets, and cakes whereas the First floor is for a proper restaurant. This place is a real treat for foodies, You can find many different items and dishes in here ranging from popular Indian snacks like samosa, sambar wada or pani puri to the main course food you'd like to eat. On the ground floor, you will find fresh snacks like samosa, sambar wada, etc for enjoying it there itself or you can also takeaway. There's also a section for fresh sweets made by the amazing cooks in rasraj and also packed mixtures (snacks). Last but not the least you will find freshly made Fresh cream Cakes for which it is famous for all over the city. During the festival seasons you would find many interesting and beautifully packed food items which you can gift to your loved ones!! On the First floor you'll find the restaurant, which is very well maintained and is very cozy and comfortable. Here you can enjoy your typical breakfast lunch or dinner. You will easily find a few south Indian, North Indian, Chinese dishes here. You would also find fine desserts and freshly made fruit juices in here. Very poor responsibility from the entire RASRAJ team.

Once I have ordered a cake from this rasraj bakers, Chandrapur to celebrate our event grandly.

So that I ordered it one day before the delivery. They told ok but on condition that asked to pay whole payment now itself instead of advance . Even though I paid the whole payment at that time, they failed to prepare my cake on time and as 24hrs has been passed they didn't even start preparing my cake.

When I reached the bakers for collecting the cake, they started asking me again that 'What was the cake's flavour?' and then they started preparing the cake and made me stand for 1hour to hand over that cake to me.

My entire event was spoiled on that day There is no use of taking the cake. It's just because of your neglegence and irresponsibility.

Such an irresponsible management from rasraj team in Chandrapur.

This is the 1st and last time from my side to order or buy cakes from this rasraj bakers, Chandrapur.

It's better to buy cakes from our gully cake wala, atleast he'll be on time.

Pathetic experience at Tukum branch.

Went to order Raj-Kachori and a single piece of packed donuts. The service was extremely slow and the restaurant wasn’t clean at all! Have seen flies inside kachori-samosa counter, sitting on food. Proper hygiene is not maintained. The staff took nearly 25+ mins to assemble raj kachori, which in my opinion is too much because raj kachori is not something to be made from scratch, it is an instant snack item. After waiting for so long when I was finally out and taking my vehicle out of the parking zone, one of the receptionist guy came, running, asking to pay packing charges. On going back the restaurant manager very rudely asked me to pay ‘x’ amount for charging. On questioning him that why the same wasn’t informed before he neglected my question and started arguing. I returned my packed food and asked for a refund because of his ill-mannered behaviour. The manager didn’t approve of the same so I left without taking the packed items from the restaurant.
