This place has lost it's charm. I ordered dosa which was tasteless I thought kitchen staff might have changed so I asked the owner about it. Then I got the most pathetic answer you can ever get instead of saying we will look into and try to meet your expectations he said that we have price sensitive loyal customers who visit is daily, better taste will need costly ingredient which we can't add coz it will increase price and our loyal customers will run away. Today I went to the Italiano cafe, a new venture of swad Cafe. The frappe i tried today for 100 rupees was worst. It has no taste. The taste was literally like you've mixed water with Cocoa powder.🤢🤮 The thickness was basically like water. There was no taste of anything else.
