Horrible experience.Horrible Experience – Not Recommended at All.

During our visit to Mahabaleshwar, we searched on Google for a good non-veg family restaurant. Based on the overall satisfactory reviews, we decided to try this place. However, our experience was extremely disappointing. Here's what happened:

Delayed Service: We had to wait for nearly 35 to 40 minutes after placing our order. The food was served only when we were about to leave.

Inconsistent Portions: We ordered two plates of chicken biryani, but they were served in two different-sized bowls with a noticeable difference in quantity.

Unprofessional Response: When we raised this concern, the manager casually dismissed it, asking, “What’s the big deal?” After insisting, he gave us some extra rice, but it wasn't the same biryani rice. It was just plain rice mixed with chicken masala—bland, flavorless, and totally unappetizing.

Missing Items: The waiter had assured us that raita would be served with the biryani. However, it was missing when the food arrived. When we reminded him, it took another 15 minutes to bring it—by then, we had almost finished our lunch.

Rude Staff: The manager’s behavior was unprofessional and dismissive throughout.

Food 🍛: ⭐⭐⭐ Their items taste alright. They are not noteworthy by any means.

Price 💸: ⭐⭐⭐ A little overpriced is what I feel. But since this is a tourist destination, they are able to charge what they feel. Nonetheless, this rate of food is similar across all other restaurants in Mahabaleshwar.

Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐ Well spaced seating. No windows, and a cool breeze flows all throughout. No live music, of course.

Service 🛎️: ⭐⭐⭐ Alright.

Hygiene 🗑️: ⭐⭐ Not very clean. It is acceptable by my bachelor standards, but would appear to be dirty by most.

Waiting ⏳: ⭐⭐⭐ Reasonable- neither quick nor slow.

Parking 🏍️: ⭐⭐⭐ Open-air road side parking, spacious enough to accommodate even...

Shivshashi Strawberry Restaurant is a great place to eat and have fun. The food is tasty, and the best part is all the cool stuff nearby.

You can go Go-Karting 🏎️ or play Paint ball just a minute away! It's perfect if you want to eat and play on the same day.

The restaurant has parking for cars, so it's easy to visit. You can drive there, park your car, and enjoy your meal without worrying.

It's good for families and friends who want to mix dining with some excitement. ( They are constructiong separate AC restaurant )
