Spice it- ibis Pune Hinjewadi — Restaurant in Maharashtra

There are some places which are actually untapped, but once you visit it makes you feel WOW. Yes Spice it at Ibis Hinjewadi has revamped their menu and has seriously got in that X Factor.

Talking about the ambiance, being located in a corporate zone it's very spacious and has an open kitchen. Service quality and hygiene was totally 5/5.

About the food, in starters we had ordered Bullet Chilli Chicken, Goan Style Fish Fingers & Veg Momos. Me being a die hard non veg lover, it's for the first time I loved those yummy and amazing mom's. Trust me guys you just cannot miss it. Chicken used was super fresh and the taste, oh my my, it was drop dead superb. Rightly tossed and perfectly blended with the right sauces. Fish being my favorite, didnt disappoint me at all. It was very well presented and the basa was fresh. Rightly coated and was classic crispy in taste.

In the mains we opted for Penne Makhni Style, Nasi Goreng Goan Flavours & Chur Chur paratha, dal makhni & Raita (Served as a combo). Goan cuisine lovers must try that amazing Goreng Nasi. It was completely tasty and made me remember of Goa. Pasta was a funky fusion of desi spices with Italian core base and was perfectly cooked and great in taste. The best was Chur Chur Parartha with dal makhni and raita. It's a proper meal for one. It's one of the best paratha's I've ever tasted in Pune. Dal Makhni was rich and perfectly blended. Must say that the chef here follows utmost detailing in the menu served. Nailed it.

In desserts the parle g cheese cake is their signature one. It comes dipped in a rich rabdi. Was a complete fusion and honestly was well prepared.

For the party lovers, this place has some mind blowing deals on IMFL and one should seriously go and check them out.

The restaurant manager, the staff and the chef all were very courteous and service here was top notch.

On and all, a 5/5 from me...

Located near Wipro Phase 2 You can easily stop it. Coming to the Ambience they have it all Games , Highly Designed Infrastructure and For the I.T guy's They Have Mac hahaha.

Sitting arrangements are good and comfortable, Coming to the Food we were Served with the Chef's Special Dishes Starting with Juices Watermelon and Pineapple totally fresh like Farm and Energetic.

Starter's Paneer Tikka nicely cooked and Fresh just missing little bit Spiciness there.

Followed by Vegetable In hot Chilli Sauce with Fried rice i have to say this is something which we never tasted like this it is so refreshing and at the same time very Tasty. All the herbs working great in the sauce rice cooked perfectly.

Next is Penne Makhni Style Italian Pasta with Indian Twist i admit previously we have Rosso Bianco on top of the list for Pasta but Now it has been changed to number 2.

Now we are more then full and asked the Staff to stop but the Chef had already prepared Chur Chur Paratha , Dal Makhni and Raita Yes we had it i still don't believe how but we did.

Coming to the end Parle G Cheesecake for the first time ever i liked that Biscuit unique idea hands of to the Chef.

So overall a must Visit Place if you are Passing by Phase 2 then please stoo and try there Food not too Costly.

!!!!!!!!Buffet is scam!!!!!!!!! 50% off on a buffet is scam. 1st of all there was no buffet itself. We came here for a lunch buffet and the staff told us that they will serve the buffet menu on the table. They served 1 portion of veg and non veg soup. Both were passable. Then they served 1 portion Salad. Which was also passable. They served 1 portion of nonveg starter and 1 portion of veg starter. Quantity was pathetic. We asked for a repeat of non veg starter. On repeat the portion size was even more pathetic. Then came the main course. 1 small bowl of rice, same portion of dal and same portion chicken curry 2 ways. 1 was supposed to be butter chicken but didn't taste like that and another was chicken in white sauce which was absolutely tasteless ( I think they served the white pasta sauce without pasta and seasoning and few chicken pieces.). Then they served 1 portion of rabdi, jalebi and badhusha. These quantity for 2 people on a buffet price. They charged Sunday special buffet price for this bull crap.Total bill was 2971. The problem here is I feel scammed. 1st place they told its a buffet, but didn't serve one, in the reservation App showed as 899 +18 % taxes,but in reality they charged almost 1100 for 1 person. Moreover 50% discount in swiggy and zomato, please don't give discount prices for degraded service...
