I recently visited Intactu restaurant in Hinjewadi with my family, and unfortunately, I had a mixed experience that left me dissatisfied, particularly due to the restaurant manager's handling of our visit.

During our afternoon visit, everything seemed fine, and we enjoyed our time at the restaurant. However, the situation took a turn when we returned for dinner later in the evening. As a family of 10 with a prior reservation, we expected the manager to understand and accommodate our needs.

To our disappointment, when we were just about to finish dinner, the manager suggested that we move to the rooftop if we wished to continue our evening there. While I understand the intention behind this recommendation, it would have been more appropriate for the manager to communicate such options beforehand. This lack of transparency and late suggestion negatively impacted our experience.

Reluctantly, we decided to go to the rooftop area. The service by a waiter named Max was commendable, and he did his best to serve us well. However, the mood was already spoiled due to the noise and inconvenience caused by the sudden change in location. While I acknowledge that the noise may not be solely attributed to the restaurant, I believe it could have been better managed by the restaurant manager.

Overall, I am disappointed with the inconsistent service and the lack of effective management exhibited by the restaurant manager. I am awarding Intactu restaurant a one-star rating solely based on the efforts made by Max and his attentive service. I was there on the 14th of January to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends.. it was a nightmare and a wrong decision taken.. it started with the Intactu team convincing us for a buffet, which we refused. Post which we received a series of no to whatever we asked for. we ordered for some beer tower, not available. We asked for soup, not available, we ordered for some starters again not available as the Chinese chef was not available. Finally we decided to leave, to our surprise the chef was immediately made available. It all started with an argument and some convincing. Fish was stale.. Not all the food that we ordered was good. But some were. Again we ordered pasta, to our surprise the veggies in the pasta would be at an additional cost. Again we cancelled that cos a dish that was costing us 400 plus needed veggies at an additional cost. Finally we left from there for main course to a different destination.. the place was kid friendly and that’s why we had chosen this restaurant.. but it was not worth at all. The toilet had rodents in and outside the washroom.. and without any toilet rolls. Even after requesting they were not refilled.
