I had an exceptional stay at the Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi with my family, including my wife and child, and I must say it was truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the impeccable service and the quality of our experience.
Our room was not only nice but also meticulously neat and hygienic. The attention to cleanliness was evident throughout the hotel, which is especially important during these times.
What truly set our stay apart was the incredible amenities for families. My child had a fantastic time in the play area and the swimming pool. These facilities were not only well-maintained but also designed to keep guests, especially families, entertained and happy.
Now, let me highlight the food – it was nothing short of amazing. Special thanks to Kuldeep, Chef Ravi, and Ashok, who made our dining experience truly delightful. The culinary creations by Chef Ravi were superb, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
I must acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the hotel manager, Moin. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. His dedication and attentiveness made a significant difference, and we truly appreciate his hospitality.
The entire staff at the Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi was fantastic, and our overall experience was nothing short of exceptional. We formed a warm and lasting bond with Moin, who even surprised us with a thoughtful gift for our child, along with cookies and cake. These personal touches added a special touch to our stay.
In conclusion, I can't recommend the Hyatt Place Pune Hinjewadi enough. It's a place that offers a perfect blend of comfort, warmth, and exceptional service. If you're looking for an outstanding hotel experience in Pune, make sure to stay here. Special thanks to Chef Ravi for his culinary expertise – his dishes were truly superb.

Read moreI was her on 12-sept-23 to 13-sept-23. It's very average stay and many of my colleagues don't prefer to stay in Pune Hyatt.
As soon I enter Hyatt I got access card to my room. I was happy to checkin. But once I tried opening door I can't. They gave only card but no access. Again I carried all my luggage and came to lobby and informed staff. Now they gave access and sent one of their colleagues. My entire floor was smelling like a used socks. I asked Hyatt person who is assisting me, she informed me that they have washed mats that day so. I checked in, as soon I went to Washroom I noticed it was not properly cleaned. This is not at all acceptable. Even in cheap hotels they clean washroom before assignment. Again I call lobby they didn't pick first attempt, they picked next and sent one of their colleagues to check. It was awful and taught of shifting my room. Again they have shifted me to floor 4, I carried all my luggage with help of Hyatt staff this time. After shifting to new room I can't access wifi. They didn't not update my room details. Again I have called them to update. I satey for two days but, next day when I came back from office I still found used tissues which I throwed previous day. Cleaning and housekeeping was very very poor. One help I received from them was I forgot my bill asked them to mail it and they did. If not I would have travelled all the way back to collect it.
Food and breakfast no comments as I have not tried both. Even though breakfast was complimentary I don't want to try and get disappointed. After long day at airport followed by office who wants these kind of drama? It's horrible experience. I won't recommend anyone...

‼️DISAPPOINTING AT IT’S PEAK‼️
My stay at Hyatt Place Pune left much to be desired, casting an unfortunate shadow on the reputed World of Hyatt chain. The check-in experience lacked warmth, and the insistence on physical details, despite pre-booking with all necessary information submitted, seemed redundant and tedious. Room issues further dampened the experience; a malfunctioning bathroom lock, lackluster vibes, and average room sizes with a disappointing view contributed to an overall lack of appeal.
Room service was a letdown, with calls redirected and delayed responses, creating an unwelcome inconvenience. The absence of essential amenities like a spa, steam/sauna, and a closed swimming pool, without any refund or apology, added to the disappointment. The breakfast offered nothing extraordinary, falling short of the expectations set by other 5-star establishments.
Cordiality and courtesy were salvaged only by a select few team members—Mr. Mohiddin, Tanmay, and the entire housekeeping staff—who shone as the actual stars in this purported “5-star hotel.” Unfortunately, this positive aspect was overshadowed by the lackluster performance of the rest of the team.
Having experienced the hospitality of hotels like Marriott and Radisson Blue, Hyatt Place Pune failed to measure up, proving to be a regrettable choice. Despite the peak season rush, the shortcomings observed were indicative of a failure to live up to the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. A disappointing stay overall, with expectations unmet and a valuable lesson learned. 🏨❌ #HyattPlacePune...
