The furnishings in the room was decent and satisfactory. The Executive Room in which I stayed had a Double bed, Dressing Table with Mirror, Work Table, Wardrobe and a Mini Bar. The Mini bar was not On and was not stocked except for bottles of Alcohol. Switches were an enigma with no clue on which switch is for what and which is a 2 way switch. Also it seemed as if the plug switches were also linked with lights. Without having the patience to solve this mystery I even slept with lights on.

Door and security controls were good. Key card setup was installed and the icing on the cake is the alarm that sounds when the door is left ajar. This helps to notify us incase if we accidentally forget and leave the room open.

Bathroom was Ok but not that great. The fittings seemed cheap. Centralised hot water was available for bathing which was good. They only provided with soap and nothing else like Shampoo or conditioner but it was OK.

A/C was decent enough. The TV in my room was a widescreen VU TV which should have been good but the right section of the display was fragmented when the TV was On. The DTH subscription in Tata Sky was good and they had almost all channels except HD enabled. I even was able to watch Tamil channels which I did not expect. The Set Top Box unit is placed in a lower section below where the TV is placed and hence you cannot use the remote right from your bed but will have to come forward for operating the remote which defeats the purpose of a Remote. Also in the room I stayed TV remote was not provided (only Set Top Box remote was there) and the technician who came asked to just switch on using the side switch on the TV.

The rooms and hotel common area were maintained neat. But Room service was not that great. You had to call at least got twice or thrice to get your request fulfilled.

Buffet Breakfast was bad and lacked options. You had bread, cereal and Idly. The second day when I had breakfast they also had Rava Upma and Mini Uthappam. I was expecting that they might at least have Roti or Chappathi. Most of the times the items are also not available and you have to wait if you want a specific dish to be refilled.

The Executive room for corporate stay was priced at 1700 excluding taxes. I feel that this is not Value for Money and should be priced at least 1200 or 1300 lest the services or...

it's 8.30 pm at night, I am in a city with few acquaintances, have just booked this hotel from an online portal, and then I get a mail and a call saying all rooms in all of their hotels are booked, and I should book another hotel!||||It was disappointing and panicking to say the least! I had to again check for the availability and book another hotel, with a refund for my current payment, as the online portal was not allowing to cancel the booking on the same day.||||I have had good experiences earlier here on my official trips, however it was a very bad experience this time. Cheaters, fraud. I actually wanna give zero stars.

We had my daughter's 1st birthday party here in Sep2016. Food was good. All the staff was really good, until the final billing. Because the staff was so kind, I trusted the guest count they provided, which was 77. My total guest list was around 85, so I thought the figure must be correct. So i paid and left. But at home when I tallied the actual number of guests that turned up, the number was around 62. I was shocked, I tried to talk to the people, but they were not kind anymore.
