Varsu dhaba — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Varsu Dhabba chanced to see see and dropped by to have some lunch .Simple ambiance the so called out door sitting with the khatiya and pillow rolls was a Boling oven with the overhead fans of no use. Dogs walking in and out through were trained not to come in the customer area. Asked for chicken tandoori but were advised chicken khatarnak so we went along with it and were surprised with the taste. Chicken rounded balls were well cooked tender and tasty we asked for roti but had to wait till they got it and the chicken was nearly over asked them egg masala but were told to have egg bhurji instead which we refused and ordered dal rice The quantity of dal was pathetic hardly 3 small bowls as a result lots of rice left over Ambiance service bad Taste was ok priced...

I found this dhaba while travelling to Ekvira Devi temple Karla.this is a very nice restaurant with sitting arrangements ranging from the standard 4 seater to palang seating.They also have a huge lawm where you can relax till your food comes The ordered the special mutton thali and chicken thali which javari and nachni bhakri on the recommendation of the waiter. yes the order took some time to come but the food was hot and fresh the bhakri we were made fresh and hot the rice was especially very good they also soul curry which is extra.

The worst place I have ever been to. Visiting there with family isn’t recommended. The owner instead was debating and silly excuses like tandoor was shut (while I had ordered Rick bhakri) that too at 2:25 means 1 hour and 20 minutes took the to serve a meal plus waiter came to take order after 5 requests. Won’t recommend this place to any food lover and such places shouldn’t be allowed to even function.
