FruitzzUpp Café — Restaurant in Malappuram

Well, when mind needs to get refreshed I begin to think about drinking a cup of coffee. And that wish can only be fulfilled by a cup of coffee from FruitzzUpp Cafe. My personal favorite. Because of the quality of coffee beans used by them. I know Mr. Firos Villain will never compromise the quality of the products and the results are delicious. All the items they prepared especially with love and care. Each customer is treated well and equally. Services provide are also good. Not good but perfect. The ambience of that Cafe adds it's beauty. To conclude FruitzzUpp is that place my heart always longing for and that's my heaven too. Thanks for the team. The effort and ideas of Firoskka is applaudable....

Worst service ever! Had to wait over an hour to receive our order. People who came after us got their order and even left before we got ours. Waiter does a really bad job at treating every customer equally and took his own time to serve us and even forgot what we ordered until I mentioned it to him. The washroom did not even have tissues for the customers to dry their hands after washing. Drinks were served in plastic cups which might have been to reduce the spread of the virus but the people who work there don't even wear masks which is quite ironic. Do not make the choice to go here unless you got so much...

Not meeting Malappuram food standards. I ordered a jumbo burger and was told that it would take 30 mins by the waiter. I asked for the reason and He said the burgers were made out of fresh patties. Upon serving, it was frozen patty. The burger was soggy and crumbled into bits and pieces as seen in the photos. The waiter served dessert sizzling brownie along with burger and coffee. The brownies were 5 days old and refrigerated in front. I was told by the staff that it would last 30 days if refrigerated. Kindly avoid this...
