KR bakes — Restaurant in Malappuram

Visited KR Bakes Malappuram for lunch today, and the experience was quite disappointing. Unlike usual days, the place was crowded, yet they seemed understaffed. My friend and I had only a 30-minute lunch break, but despite washing our hands and finding a seat, none of the staff showed any interest in taking our order. Several staff members passed by without acknowledging us.

After waiting for 5-10 minutes, the staff member who usually asks for feedback walked by, so we called him to place our order. Instead of noting it down, he told us he would take our order only after delivering food to the next table. We only requested him to take the order, not serve it immediately, so the response was quite frustrating. Not sure what the logic was behind that.

I'm totally disappointed with this branch.

Now they appointed the staff as North Indian people's . They don't know how to approach the customers & take orders. If we ask what to eat, they don't know what the things are available there. Even they are not giving menu card. We feel like lack of training is missing. Also, foods are average. I got recommended my friend to try their shawaya. I tried their shawaya & shawarma. Both are average, and there is no need to give hype. On the shawaya, they just put one masala. Just that's it. We feel like shawarma is not freshly prepared because it is dry.
