APS DOWNTOWN FAMILY RESTRO AND BAR — Restaurant in Mayur Vihar III

I went to this restaurant first time a month ago and I had a worst experience with the staff. I went with my friends and we were given a table in basement/bar where people were already smoking inside, we didn’t mind that though. We were just about order some drinks but the attendant came to us and said sir can you move to a different table coz we have a bigger group coming, we still didn’t mind that and politely moved to the different table where he told us to move. Again, as soon as we tried to order our drinks, the attendant came back and said you will have to move to roof top now, since we have few more people coming who need this table. When we said we want to sit on this table and don’t want to go to roof top since is hot outside, he simply said you have no option and you have to leave this table. Then we said we don’t want to sit on rooftop instead we will go to some other restaurant and he shamelessly said ok it’s your wish. What a pathetic and unprofessional behaviour it was from the staff. I was initially thinking to take my family there sometime but now I will never visit this restaurant again neither will recommend...

A new concept and new ideas .Well decorated and Perfect planned.Great ambience and all in one restaurant,bar and cafe.Three floors all week designed.Nice interiors and wall mounted scenery and lighting. Good staff and Polite well behaviour.Good dressup and Nice way of talking. Ground floor Bar section ,First floor family perfect place and Get together and Friendly space cafe on second floor. Talking about food We tried some drinks Which was nicely presented and good taste. Nice options for Mocktails, cocktails and Drinks . Food we ordered some snacks Mushroom stuffed Chilli chicken Momos Malai chaap.

Quick service and we'll presented food platting and taste of all snacks wonderful .

Totally enjoyed the ambience,drinks and food .

Good destination for enjoy the all options.
