KFC — Restaurant in Meghalaya

The order taker added 3 dips in my order, which i didn't want. She had asked me if i wanted sauce so i said yes, but she added dips. She didn't even ask me how many i wanted she just added 3. But before paying i had asked her to cancel the dips she said she couldn't do that. I told her to cancel the order and start from the beginning she said she couldn't do that either and insisted me on paying. And goes as far as humiliating me in-front of everyone in the store by laughing at me. I have tried KFC all over India, not only in India but also in different countries. However, this particular KFC is not maintaining the hygiene and status of KFC. The worst KFC outlet I have been too. Every time they lack supply never ever in my 5 visit i got the order i desire. And moreover the turnaround time is more than a proper dine in restaurant . Visit if u have ample of time. Can u believe they ran out of glasses eliminating the meal options from the menu .
