Went here with my family today, got really upset,they told us that the seats are full when it is still there, they didn't even speak to us properly,they just told us 'Sorry guys seats are full', I don't like this service, totally horrible, if seats are full then just tell us in a respected way, speak to us customer in a way that we won't feel disliked, but the way they treat us today i personally feel they judge us from the way we look and this disgust me. One of the best out here in Shillong, Open Up has never let me down. The taste of all that I've had so far, have been great, and I must say that I love the Fish and Chips served here! One remarkable thing about this cafe is that it has more or less been consistent in its offering, both in quantity and taste. And add to that, the prices aren't too exorbitant, as is the case in most Shillong cafes. Moreover, the place has it's own charm, in its interiors, the ambience, and its surroundings.
