KFC — Restaurant in Meghalaya

Visited the KFC outlet at Mawlai Mawroh recently and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The food had that signature KFC flavor we all love — crispy, well-seasoned, and tasty. However, some of the chicken pieces were a bit on the dry side, which took away from the overall enjoyment.

The chicken popcorn were not seasoned at all compared to the other outlets. And the iced cappuccino which they serve a hot one and on the spot i asked the staff whether she made a mistake with my order and her reply was "we have added ice on the drink it will be cold" and unfortunately that was how she was trained to give an excuse when they messed up the order, there were no ICE . If I could rate this fast food restaurant chain a zero based on the service, I would. Unfortunately, the rating scale only allows 1-5. It took more than an hour to get the two items we ordered, even though the restaurant was completely empty. One thing’s for sure – I won’t be coming back.
