Had lunch at Kakosa Restaurant, Mumbai, and it was honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. First, we ordered plain chapati, but they brought butter chapati instead. Then we ordered papad – which never came with the meal. After finishing almost all the food, it finally arrived like an afterthought. We even ordered buttermilk, but the staff completely forgot about it until we reminded them – and even then, it was brought only after we had washed our hands and were done eating.
