I had visited Sharma Cafe last month and honestly, my experience back then wasn’t great — I was treated pretty badly, and I left a review sharing my feedback. What really impressed me is what happened after.

The owner personally called me, acknowledged the issue, and shared the steps they were taking to improve things. He even invited me back for a meal — and I must say, that gesture alone deserves applause!

On my recent visit, the experience was completely transformed. The staff was amazing, super polite and attentive — they’ve really worked on improving their service. The owner himself is friendly and warm, making sure every guest feels welcome.

We tried the cheese fried chicken, falafel balls, authentic chicken shawarma (probably the best I’ve had!), and cheesy fries — everything was fresh, delicious, and packed with flavor.

Parking: Available, decent space. Payment options: UPI, card, cash — all sorted. Crowd: Moderate when we went, not overwhelming. Waiting time: Quick service, no long wait. Ambience: Cozy, clean, casual vibe. Cleanliness: Much better now, tables and surroundings were spotless. Value for money: Absolutely worth it for the quality. Highlight: Big thumbs up to the owner for personally addressing feedback — rare to see such dedication!

HELLO FOODIETHERAPY55 HERE "SHAWARMA CAFE" Shawarma is my favourite dish and visiting such a place which is specially serves variety of shawarma is something super exciting for me. Yesterday i visited this amazing cafe located in mira road. The cafe has a good cozy seating area with average ambience. They serves you with variety of shawarma along with burger,fries and some healthy salad too. Great menu with affordable cost is a plus point of this outlet. I ordered: Chicken Hummas Shawarma:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It was great in taste and the quantity and quality was just top class.

All In One Lebanese Platter:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was a very huge platter i could say served along with pita bread with falafal,hummas ,fries and salad. The quantity was top notch like it was too heavy and very much tasty. ( Highly recommended) The service was okayish The presentation was good
