AL-NF RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Mumbai

Very Bad Experience. I had a terrible experience with the food and service at this restaurant. I ordered 3 half noodles, and the food smelled stale and tasted sour, as if it had gone bad. Even the chutney was sour and seemed off. When I called to report this issue, the person on the phone was extremely rude. Instead of addressing my concern, he said, “Khana hai toh khao warna fek do,” in a very dismissive manner. Later, he asked me to visit the shop for a refund, but when I suggested sending someone since it was nearby, he simply stopped responding, forcing me to hang up the call.

This is not the first time I’ve faced issues with their food. On previous occasions, I’ve found plastic, hair, and even pieces of kharata jhadu (wooden sticks used for cleaning) in the food. I let it go, thinking mistakes happen, but this time, the combination of spoiled food and rude behavior has left me extremely frustrated.

I always used to buy from this place, never had any complaints. Always ordered above ₹750 but today @24th May 2024 ordered one triple Schezwan Rice actually my parents brought the same from them and upon reaching home the quantity was not usual the quality was not good and the taste was not the same. When my parents called the restaurant guy responded with "container mei jitna aata hai utna hi ayega" Like they bought Chinese for the first time. Pathetic customer service plus the food has gotten worse. Won't recommend now. Food 1/5...

Very disappointing experience for me I ordered my meal from alnf restaurant the taste was very decent but the food quality was very average also i told them to use less oil in my meal i m having health issues but then to they added lots of oil in my meal when my parcel delivered to the oil was literally dripping very disappointing...
