Capital O 618 Maharaja Hotel — Hotel in Mumbai

We went in for a two night stay at the Hotel in Executive class rooms.||Had booked the hotel room via call since this hotel does not accept online bookings .So please have a cross check on this aspect before booking.||This hotel offered me the best value-for price rooms(can vary upon the season and time you are booking )even though it did not had the best of the views.||The greatest USP of the hotel would be the food of the restaurant .We were delighted with the quality and taste of the dishes being served.||You definitely wont be disappointed with the taste of the dishes.||Only recommendation would be improvement in co-ordination among the Hotel staff for basic amenities because we often found them in confusion while requesting some service.||Also it would have been delightful if the room service staff were a little bit more courteous .||Overall we had a great satisfaction with the stay...

Worthless hotel for stay. They try to not to provide you the Wi-Fi password, if you insist, then their person come and take your phone and then try to access your phone's data. They try to penetrate into your communication device's privacy & get access to your data; And when caught, make stupid excuses. Their room service is quite poor. They dont actually give those facilities, what they advertise to offer. Neither staff is good nor the phone assistant desk is okey. I got trapped by the word business hotel attached to it. In fact its cheater business hotel. Strongly recommend to not to visit it. Neither your privacy maintained, nor security of data or article maintained. The worst experience of my life. Never visit it again. There are plenty of good hotels in mumbai within same price range with better services...
