Flagship Hotel King Residency — Hotel in Mumbai

I booked this hotel through Oyo, it showed 1500 per room as the tariff. We booked 3 rooms for us. They asked us to pay 2000 for each room or else we might not get the rooms although they had almost 14 rooms empty. We somehow agreed to get the rooms at 2000 since we were getting late and they clearly took advantage of it. When we asked for glasses for water they gave us the dirty steel ones and that too one glass per room. How is that even acceptable? The rooms were not...

Advance booking done 3 weeks ago but they denied to provide the room.
