The only reason I wanna rate this place as 1 star as the employee misbehaved with a lady customer! Not sure if the company does any kind of background checks. The employee DINESH KUMAR was pushing me to buy only the bigger box, and when I didn’t, was very rude. I would request ladies to not go to this place as the employee doesn’t know how to behave when you are reluctant to buy what he wants you to. Additionally, when I told him I am gonna put a bad review, he bluntly told me to go ahead! When I even showed him that how can you refuse for a smaller size because when I checked zomato, it did allow me to place my order, he told me to go and book via zomato! I have been to their Dahisar East outlet. On 22nd of every month they have 50% offer on all the scoops. The icecreams are lovely and innovative like pani puri icecream and imli icecream. I have tried falooda icecream and pineapple icecream both were good. Their candy icecreams are not on discount but all are good to try. Like it but the taste is average, a good variety of flavours but not all are good flavours. Quantity is also very less as compared to other players of ice cream industry, don't dare to try Pani Puri flavoured ice cream here it's worst flavour.
