Bageecha Veg Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

Taste of the food served is probably good, but the services provided are very bad and their behavior with the customer is not good enough to be appreciated and there are many security issues. The security cameras are knowingly kept off so they can do fraud things with customers. A fraud incident happened with me on 26 Aug while I was having dinner with my family they asked for change of around 10000 from me and this all was done by the waiter working in this restaurant and the same waiter took my cellphone to give charge and after having dinner when we were supposed to get the remaining money back the manager raised his hands up and said that the waiter who did this was new and they don't have his contact and ID proof , I consider and actually this is the restaurant's mistakely that they should have been taken his ID proof and contact number, I beared a loss of around 4500rs cash and also my cellphone costing around 15k-20k containing my important information so I will never recommend anyone to choose this restaurant for having any kind of meal, It's a real incident occurred with me on 26August around 9:00pm if u think I am fraud you can ask to manager regarding this incident. Bageecha Veg Family Restaurant, located at station plaza, bhandup west. if someone ask for the quality of food I would rat it 3 out of 5.the only reason this less rating is because if you visit this restaurant, please take some time to check the back side of this restaurant which is part of kitchen of this restaurant. The place at backside is so unhigenic and full of so pungent smells you will definitely not like to have food in this restaurant. Also the kitchen staffs having there foods and tea at back of restaurant. Also many times you can see the paneer tikka sticks and noodles etc are just kept in such open place and uncovered any one from outside can put anything on these foods and there is so darkness at back of hotel the food is not kept well. Very pathetic service I ever seen, I have ordered peri peri fries with chees and waiter had served me peri peri fries and chees fries. When I’m explained him very politely he doesn’t even understood what I’m saying. After whole argument they return the plate which we haven’t ordered. ALSO DONT ORDER PERI PERI FRIES THEY ARE NOT USING PERI PERI MASALA THE ARE USING RED CHILLI AS PERI PERI MASALA 😂 and serving fries is also funny they not even mixed masala.
