Prakash Dining Bar — Restaurant in Mumbai

Giving this review after 2-3 bitter experiences. The atmosphere is great as compared to near by bars but customer satisfaction is 0. The staff is very un-responsive or non connective. As well as when they don’t have anything in bar menu they make you wait for longer time (waiting your time), and then send someone to fetch it, instead of being clear about availability. Also many times they give alcohol in open and I would say please be aware of its genuinity . . As I was alone in bar I was given only 90ml of Smirnoff vodka in open saying it was only left and we calling new stock. Which later they offered me a 90 again open . After an hour they said it’s available, and then offered me an OPENED QUATER OF SMIRNOFF WHICH I REFUSED TO TAKE.. so many questions are .. if 90 was given to me from open pack where are new quarters ? Which were not opened ?.. etc etc . In short never ever take an open pack from here and be opened for cold...

Ambience being good doesn't compensate for bad food. Had ordered Butter Naan, Dum Aloo, Fruit Punch, Sizzling Brownie with Icecream and all these items had problems. Butter Naan was burnt gave a bitter taste. The potato in Dum Aloo was uncooked. It was like just carved to carry the paneer stuffing. Potato couldn't be consumed. Fruit punch was sour. Sizzling brownie with Icecream wasn't sizzling at all. They just served a brownie with Icecream and slightly warm chocolate. It should be hot chocolate not warm chocolate. My family who ate non-veg enjoyed it. But this place is a no-no for vegetarian people. Think twice before going here. Also just one waiter. He served people who came after us with food before us. Service rendered was very bad. I would understand if just one dish was off. I would not be visiting this...

Our first visit. Impressed with the redevelopment of the building and interiors of Prakash. He has a family room for couples and ladies.
